Hi, I’m Samantha Eldridge, RMT.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist based in Fonthill, Ontario, and the creator of Reverie Roots.
I have a passion for helping my clients feel their best in both body and mind. Since starting my practice in 2018, I have expanded my skills through additional training in Indie Head Massage, Thai Massage and Cupping, always eager to grow and evolve my craft. With a background in health, wellness and fitness, I have a deep appreciation for holistic wellness and the importance of taking care of our bodies.
Through my own personal journey of growth and healing, I have discovered the importance of caring for ourselves so we can better care for others. Movement, mindfulness, yoga, sound therapy and journaling are just a few transformative practices I have found to be deeply helpful. This has inspired me to collaborate with professionals in those fields to develop wellness events that incorporate these techniques with Massage Therapy—creating a truly integrated experience for participants.
In addition to my hands-on practice, I have a background in teaching and course development as a former Instructor and Program Lead at Trillium College. I am passionate about supporting both new and experienced RMTs, which led me to create my first course, Indie Head Massage, designed to share knowledge and help others evolve their practices.
Above all, I am grateful for the loving support of my husband, two children, and dog—they are the true inspiration behind my dedication to personal and professional growth!
Why “Reverie Roots”?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been told I live in my own little world, always lost in thought or daydreaming about something new. And honestly, that’s still true today— I’m living the life I dreamed of, while still finding inspiration and dreaming of where I can go next. When I began exploring how I wanted to show up in this space, the word “reverie” deeply resonated with me. It captures the essence of dreamy contemplation—those moments of reflection, imagination and inner peace. It’s about being lost in thought, connecting with deeper emotions and finding moments of inspiration.
As much as reverie speaks to who I am, so does the need to stay grounded. My head is often in the clouds, but my feet are firmly rooted, allowing me to grow. “Reverie Roots” symbolizes this balance — a journey of introspection and transformation, where the mind is free to wander and dream, while staying anchored and present, in values, and in practices that support long-term well-being. It’s about blending mindfulness and imagination with grounded, purposeful growth— a space where we can reconnect with our true selves, explore our potential and nurture our wellness from a place of calm and stability.
